Geben Sie oben Ihre Schlüsselnummern aus dem Fahrzeugschein ein (Feld 2.1 und 2.2) oder wählen Sie Hersteller, Modell, Baujahr und Motorisierung. Wir zeigen Ihnen dann die Teile, die für Ihr Fahrzeug gelistet sind.

Gleichen Sie zusätzlich die OE- oder Herstellernummer mit Ihrem Altteil ab — sie steht bei jedem Artikel. Passt die Nummer nicht, passt in aller Regel auch das Teil nicht.

Mein Fahrzeug oder das gesuchte Teil ist nicht dabei

Unsere Fahrzeugauswahl umfasst alle gängigen Personenwagen. Finden Sie Ihr Auto, aber keine passenden Teile, führen wir dafür derzeit nichts — unser Sortiment wächst laufend.

Was kostet der Versand?

Innerhalb Deutschlands liefern wir versandkostenfrei — unabhängig vom Bestellwert. Der Versand erfolgt als DHL-Paket.

Wann wird meine Bestellung verschickt?

Wir versenden werktags. Bestellungen, die bis 14:00 Uhr bei uns eingehen, gehen in der Regel am selben Werktag raus. An Wochenenden und Feiertagen wird nicht versandt.

Kann ich ein Teil zurückgeben?

Ja. Zusätzlich zum gesetzlichen Widerrufsrecht räumen wir Ihnen 30 Tage Zeit für die Rückgabe ein. Die Einzelheiten stehen in unserer Widerrufsbelehrung.

Bitte bauen Sie ein Teil nicht ein, wenn Sie sich bei der Passung unsicher sind — eingebaute Teile lassen sich nicht mehr zurücknehmen. Fragen Sie im Zweifel vorher bei uns nach.

Welche Qualität haben die Teile?

Wir führen Ersatzteile namhafter Zulieferer wie BOSCH, TRW, FEBI BILSTEIN, INA, LuK oder ELRING. Viele dieser Hersteller beliefern auch die Fahrzeughersteller selbst — es sind also keine No-Name-Teile.

Bei jedem Artikel steht der Hersteller dabei. Originalteile, die das Logo des Fahrzeugherstellers tragen, führen wir derzeit nicht.
